Call Manager Portal / Call Action - Attended Transfer Call

Initiates a Attended Transfer of the user's active call to the selected destination.


Valid Destination Buttons: All but Ring Groups


How to Attend Transfer Active Call

  1. Select the button of the desired destination to call
  2. Click on the Attended Transfer action icon
  3. The current call is placed on hold and the destination is dialed. The user must wait for the destination to answer.
  4. Destination answers. User may now complete the transfer by
    1. Hanging up phone
    2. Selecting own button and clicking on the Hangup action icon
  5. Transfer is completed once the user hangs up the call.


Transfer Denied

If the destination (such as another user) does not wish to accept the transfer and ends the call, the call on hold will be removed from hold and placed back into an active call with the user.
