Call Manager Portal / Queues - Connected Call Alert

When a queue member answers a call the user will see a Connected Call Alert appear in the bottom right corner of the portal, just like the New Call Alert. This will show the caller and queue details of the connected call so the user knows who they are talking to and what queue the call came from.
