Call Manager Portal / Queues - Queue Buttons

Queue Buttons will be displayed for each queue the user is a member of. These buttons have two display modes; Detailed and Summary. By default all Queue Buttons use the Detailed mode.

Members List with no Active Calls
Members List with Waiting Callers

Queue Label

This will show the queue number and name.


Switch View Icon

Clicking on the minus box in the upper right hand corner of the queue button will toggle the data display between Detailed and Summary.


Member Status Icon

Shows the current status of the member in the queue. When showing Paused, hovering over the clock icon will display the Paused reason.


= Available
= Busy / In Call
 = Unavailable
 = Paused


Member Name

The name of the queue member. Hovering over the member name will display a tooltip show the member's penalty and how many calls they have taken.


Member Call Timer

If the member is in a call this will show the real-time duration of the call.


Waiting Call CallerID

This displays the callers full CallerID, if available.


Waiting Call Hold Time

This displays the callers real-time wait/hold duration.
