Call Manager Portal / Queues - Queue Stats Widget

The Queue Stats Widget will show a summary of the key stats of the queue. The monitor will provide a real-time view of Completed and Abandoned Calls, Average Hold and the queue's SLA score. A stats box will appear for each queue the member is assigned to.



In the example below, the Demo Queue has 7 Completed Calls, 4 Abandoned with an Average Hold Time of 87 seconds and 71% of calls answered within the SLA time.


Hovering over the letters SLA under the score tracker will show the SLA time, in seconds, for the queue.
