Upon logging into the Call Manager Portal, if the user is a member of any queues on the system they will be presented with a Login to Queue box. This will have a drop-down that will list all the queues (by name) for the user.
Select the queue(s) for login, each selected queue name will appear in the selection box. Once all queues have been selected, clicking on ACCEPT will log the user in to the queues.
