Call Manager Portal / Queues - Calls Waiting Alerts

The Calls Waiting Alerts, when enabled, will update the Call Manager Portal with two types of visual and an audio alert.


Default Visual Alert

Waiting callers who have triggered the alert timer threshold will have their Wait Time start to flash red.


Full Board Flash Visual Alert (Optional)

When enabled the entire Call Manager Portal background will flash red on and off when the alert timer threshold is met.


Audio Alert (Optional)

When the alert timer threshold is met, an audio alert beep will be played in the same interval of the visual alerts flashing on/off.
