Call Manager Portal / Call Action - Voicemail Transfer

Initiates a Direct-to-Voicemail Transfer of the user's active call to the selected destination. This action icon will only be usable if the destination has voicemail enabled.

How to Voicemail Transfer Active Call

  1. Select the button of the desired destination to call
  2. Click on the Voicemail Transfer action icon
  3. The call is transferred directly to the voicemail box 
  4. Call ends with user
